Winemaker.com was a unique e-commerce store that I co-founded with some friends of mine. Our primary goal was to create a platform and store that would connect buyers directly with winemakers. My responsibilities encompassed everything from the storytelling features to curated landing pages, and most notably, the heart of the platform: the e-commerce store and AI wine matcher. To ensure that our solution was tailored to the wine market, we developed our own e-commerce system instead of relying on any open-source solutions.
The Neue Zürcher Zeitung is widely regarded as one of the foremost news sources in the German-speaking world, renowned for its longstanding commitment to independent, high-quality journalism spanning over 240 years. As a member of the team, I had the pleasure of working on numerous innovative features, redesigns, and concepts, and ultimately played a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization's frontend stack by introducing a cutting-edge, modern framework based on Vue.js called Nuxt.
Freiburg was named Swiss Delight City in 2023 by the foundation that organizes various events in the food and enjoyment sector. I had the pleasure to partner up with the company "Local Impact" to create the frontend for the website and integrate a headless CMS for content management.

During my six-month tenure at this company, I had the opportunity to spearhead the complete redesign of their website, which involved comprehensive tasks such as design, UX analysis, and coding. The primary objective was to optimize and modernize the website, while also developing new features like course configurators and self-service apps to enhance business operations. Additionally, I incorporated the capability to create targeted landing pages for marketing purposes, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
NZZ Bellevue is the NZZ's lifestyle portal and offers inspiration for everything to do with fashion, beauty, living, travel and food. This was the first standalone Project at my time at NZZ and i had the pleasure to collaborate with the fantastic agency Edenspikermann from Berlin for the design.

Rebuilt the berufsbildner.ch website from scratch, integrated a new headless CMS to deliver content across multiple channels and paired it with a custom search solution for courses.
I evaluated and implemented the core building blocks, developed an e-commerce frontend with a focus on performance and mobile experience, created the design for winemaker.com, and optimized user journeys based on analytics data.
I was responsible for planning and developing new features, co-creating the new frontend stack for NZZ web products while working closely with UX experts, UI designers, product owners, and the testing team.
I worked as a Scrum Master in small to medium-sized projects and developed web applications using PHP/JS and frameworks such as Magento, Drupal, or WordPress.
